The effect of educational intrevention based on Protection-Motivation theory on status of stress in the nurses of social security hospitals in qazvin province
This study is aimed to determine The effect of education based on Protection-Motivation theory on status of stress in the nurses of social security hospitals in qazvin province in 1395.The nursing intervention of Razi hospital in Qazvin and Social Security of takestan were divided randomly into two groups.The study population consisted of nurses working in these hospitals.Inclusion criteria for study includes : having work experience over one year;Lack of mental illness; employment clinical wards and exclusion criteria includes:Having work experience less than one year;having mental illness; Unemployment clinical wards.The sample size was 110 people in each group were 55 people.Educational intervention performed for case group.The intervention lasted for five one-hour sessions.The primary intervention variables were included work stress and protection motivation theory.
