This study is a quasi-experimental study with the aim of determine the effect of capnography feed back during Cardiopulmonary resuscitation on retention of psychomotor skills of rescuers including chest compressions, ventilation and interruptions during CPR in four stages before, during, and three months after the capnography feedback at Ghaem hospital in mashhad. Inclusion criteria are patients with endotracheal tube and laryngeal air way and Exclusion criteria are patient with cardiac arrest due pulmonary embolism convenience sampling with 35 participants will be chosen . First Before the intervention, the Psychomotor skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills controlled by check list of Psychomotor skill. In the next stage Rescuers will use capnography in all of cardiopulmonary resuscitations then two months and three months after this, while Rescuers will not use of capnography ,Psychomotor skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation will be controlled by the same check list
