The effect of two methods of educational intervention, workshop and multimedia, on knowledge and self report performance toward post exposure precaution in clinical care workers of Shohadaye Khalij Fares Hospital in Bushehr city
This study will be done for evaluating the effect of two different educational methods on knowledge and performance of clinical care workers toward post exposure precaution in Shohaday Khalij Fars Hospital of Bushehr city. Educational interventions will be done for two groups of clinical care workers who will be selected randomly without any blindness. Inclusion criteria: health care workers of Bushehr Shohaday Khalij Fars hospital with minimal 1 year working experience. Exclusion criteria: no tendency for participation in this study. Number of 200 clinical care workers divided in two equal groups. Workshop intervention will be done for control group and intervention group will receive multimedia CD. Pretest examination will be done before intervention and post test examination will be done after 4 months with a valid and reliable questionnaire.Then Knowledge and self report performance of health care workers toward post exposure precaution will be compared in both groups.
