Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Entry condition: Nurses with work experience of at least 6 months in mental health, lack of participation in courses of communication skills and anger managemen
Non-entry condition: People with a history of a specific problem within a recent month (family quarrel, death of loved ones, etc)

Intervention groups

Intervention group: Nurses of Hospital 505 Under the education of anger management and communication skills In the form of holding 8 sessions of training class in the hospital 505, the effect of education before and after the study is compared with the control group.
Control group:
The nurses of the psychiatry department of Besat hospital, which receive nursing common education such as CPR, infection control and medication calculation, anger management and communication skills are not taught to them and they are pre-test and post test are taken from them.
