The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation on quality of life for breast cancer client. Fifty-seven clients who underwent modified radical mastectomy, had finished chemotherapy and radiotherapy and received hormone therapy were selected and randomly placed in the intervention or control group. None of the patients had any kind of illness or physical problems that restricts rehabilitation programs. Patients in the intervention group received rehabilitation therapy (physiotherapy, education and individual counseling) for two months in addition to medical care in control groups. The quality of life was measured at the baseline, one week and 3 months after rehabilitation in both groups.
