The effect of group consulting on knowledge and attitude of men towards participation in perinatal cares primigravida wives attending to Fatemieh Hospital in Hamedan, 2015
This study aimed to the effect of group consulting on knowledge and attitude of men towards participation in perinatal cares primigravida wives.By doing interview with pregnant women gestational age 32 following week and explaining the objectives of the study، in the case of inclination their spouses will be invited so that to participate in this study. All participants of the partnership questionnaire in prinatal cares will complete. For choosing samples، the cases which are related to women who have qualification entrance of this study were investigated to select the test group and control method of the permutation block random will be used. In this research the related population comprises spouses of primigravida pregnant women attending to Fatemieh Hospital in Hamedan. Inclusion criteria to study:" The spouses of primigravida pregnant women with gestational age of 32 following week that are not health personnel"؛" the lack of participation by pregnant women in physiological delivery classes"؛" the spouses of primigravida pregnant women with reproductive techniques"؛" the first marriage"؛" monogamy"؛" the couples live in the city of Hamedan". Exclusion criteria from study:" The lack of participation in group consulting sessions in more than one session". The sample size included 76 people in the test group, and 76 people in the control group. In the test group, the necessary training during 4 sessions by a researcher using PowerPoint and educational pamphlets will be doing. The main outcome variable in the study is knowledge and attitude.

Description
Intervention group: The men of the test
group, the necessary training for 7 group 10-11 person during the 4 session, each session lasting one hour, they will be learn. The training topics: in the first session؛"physical changes، common problems and feeding during the pregnancy"، in the second session؛ "psychological changes and suitability of parents، emotional support from spouse and exercise during pregnancy"، in the third session؛ "individual health، sex relationships and the hazardous signs in the during pregnancy and difference between normal vaginal delivery and cesarean section" and in the four session؛ "the convalescence of postpartum، breast feeding and to take care of newborn baby" will be. During this intervention, educational pamphlet is also available in the test group.
