This descriptive - analytical and semi-empirical study will be done on 42 nurses in Intensive care unit (ICU) in Elam city.(Imam Khomeini and Mustafa Khomeini ).This study aimed to determine The effect of Tacit knowledge transfer based on storytelling on principles of infection’s control among nurses.
Inclusion criteria for the study include Having health and psychosocial stability
Data will be collected using a self-made expression. The intervention group participate in an 8-week sessions of storytelling.
