This study is a semi experimental, single group, before and after of intervention research.
Our statistical society contain 18 elder men and women that have multiple sclerosis living in Kahrizak hospice.
Available sampling is done based on the enter criteria .
For every person Slow Strock Back Massage in 20 mints, even days for 4 weeks is done.
Gathering information is used by demographic and measuring Fatigue Severity Scale.
Fatigue point is measured in 3 times before the first session, after the sixth ,and at the end of twelfth session.

Gaining the point of fatigue above 36 from Fatigue Severity Scale.
Inclusion criteria: Being in attacking stage of disease.
Unwilling to participate in meetings lass than 10 meeting for any reason.
