This trial is a randomized field. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of stress inoculation training on the medication error of nurses.In this study, 100 nurses working in the medical sector are Sabzevar University Hospitals Pediatric Surgery, The first randomly selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, Afterwards, based on permutation block 6 are divided into two groups. In the intervention group sessions of stress management workshop (4 hours per session) to be held within a week.In the control group there was no intervention. Upon completion of the study group sessions of stress management, package prepared by the researcher, which contains 15 pages numbered as self-reported medication errors in all the nurses in the intervention and control group given a month to nurses will be on duty in case of medication errors in their registration papers.After a month, researcher package collects the intervention and control groups.

Inclusion criteria: To participate in the study have informed consent;Has an undergraduate degree in Nursing or a Master's and higher; In one of the hospitals in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences is working;A minimum of 2 months ago in one of the sections (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics), hospitals are working Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences; In the past month, more than 2 weeks sick leave or not to be; Speech and hearing is not a problem; Effective drugs on the psyche of the consumer; The mid-range and high job stress. Exclusion criteria: To continue participating in the study to be deterred;In other stress management workshop have participated in the execution; During the study went on leave or transferred to another hospital or department; More than 10% of workshop time (1 hour) training is not present; When the study is a major life stress.
