Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common chronic disease in the world. according to the health ministry and World Health Organization reports, 35 percents causes of mortality in Iran is related to cardiovascular disease. Death is a biologic and the only certain phenomenon in life. Death anxiety is one of the most important type of anxiety, in which the person has experienced a vague, unpleasant and terrible feeling which is originated from the real or imaginable conception of self. one of the less known methods today is spiritual care, so that, it is a unique aspects of care in nursing which can not be replaced with mental and social care. In this study, it is used a program which includes :supportive presence, ritual support and using the supportive systems.
