The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of managers managerial skills training in midwives productivity.THis study is a randomized quasi exprimental groups methods.the study population of midwives in obstetrics and gynecology departments of public non educational hospitals affiliated to the Kurdestan University of Medical Sciences. sample size midwies constitue eligible for inclusion in the study were randomly classified(n=80) and in two intervention and control groups.managers are enrolled in the intervention group hospitals .midwives inclusion critriea:associated or higher employment and project;working in current part minimum of 6months ago.manager inclusion criteria:bachelor's degree or higher in nursing and midwifery;working in the present post at least one year before.midwives exclusion criteria:cancel subjects participaiting in reseach.exclusion criteria for managers:absence in half sessions of training.intervention:management skills training for heads of obstetric and gynecology department and supervisores and matrons hospitals in the intervention group 4times(4hours) for1 month.befor and 12 weeks after intervention both midwives groups were given productivity questionares.
