Summary
Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Web-based education program on the neonatal care nurses' caring ability" in the neonatal intensive care in the third unit. Design: This study is a quasi-experimental study with two groups of experimental and control. Participants, including the conditions of entry and exit: 80 nurses working in the neonatal intensive care in the third unites of Tehran, Valiasr, comprehensive women, Bahrami and children medical center hospitals that chosen by voluntarily sampling method and were divided into two experimental and control groups . Implementation method: kongo caring ability questionnaire in the pre-test and post-test (two months after the pre-test) in two groups. Intervention: Experimental group with under 2 months of training through system virtual symbol virtual schools Tehran University Of Medical Sciences using the educational content in the form of visual (multimedia files), audio (podcasting) and text files( PDF) were. The main outcome variable: expression of this will be that weather this way of teaching caring ability Neonatal Nurses will be effective or not?

Inclusion criteria: work experience in neonatal intensive care in the third units (at least six months before jury study) having skill in working with computers and the Internet to provide proof of ICDL, Internet access, has a Bachelor or master's degree in nursing. Exclusion criteria: Change the samples of the intervention and control groups, number of login less than 8 times in system.
