Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of education based on virtual space on the Psychological Empowerment and self-efficacy of the nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units level 2.
Design:This research was a quasi-experimental study with the experimental and control groups.
Eligibility criteria of the participants. numbers are of 80 nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units level 2 at Valiasr, Arash, Children's Medical Center, Ziaeeyan, Baharlou, Bahrami , Zanan(Yas) Tehran hospitals that haven been chosen by voluntarily sampling method and were divided into two experimental and control groups .
Implementation method: Spreitzer Empowerment and Coats Self efficacy were performed in two pretest and post test steps(two month after the pre-test ) in both groups.
Intervention: The experimental group ID and password to log in Virtual School and educational content for two months on this system was put to the test
the training with regards to education in connection with the Neonatal Intensive Care Units level 2 in the form of Film, Podcast, Wadcast,Power Point as well as PDF files through the site.
Outcome: The education on Psychological Empowerment and Self-efficacy will be enough effective or not?
