The effectiveness of Simmulational Educational model Based on art approach for education communication skill-bad news on residence oncology 's attitude and practice
This quasi-experimental study will be done to assess the effect of education based on simulation model with an art approach on breaking bad news on oncology residents during 2015. In this study, 20 subjects who are working in Shariati and Emam Hospitals will enter into the study. Exclusion criteria include lack of consent for continuing research and absenteeism in more than half of educational sessions. At first, SPIKE questionnaire fulfill by standardized patient in order to assess oncology residents practice, Assessment of oncology residents attitude was done by questioner then subjects will receive education through E-Learning, small group and educational film in 2 sessions based on simulation model with an art approach. One months after the last session, SPIKE and attitude questionnaire will be completed again and pre and post results of intervention will be compared.

Description
For interventions groups (residence oncology that work in Shariati and Emam Hospitals) will held two-day workshops. The educational will developed based on the core competencies of communication skills-bad news that included patient right, empathy, communication with family member, by interactive teaching methods(art and simulation).
