This study aimed to compare the two types of grafts stay open heparinized and non- heparinized patients on dialysis occurs in the lower extremities. In this prospective study, during Shahrivar 1387 to Shahrivar 1394, a total of 80 dialysis patients referred to Imam Reza Kermanshah Hospital with an average age of 62 years randomly placed in two groups grafts were heparinized and non- heparinized,And for a year the amount based on the performance of dialysis grafts stay open meetings every 3 months during the study and were followed. patients a long time through Natural fistula or graft in the upper limb were on dialysis. And in this situation because of a breakdown there is another possibility for Hemodialysis.None of the patients included history of graft or fistula in the lower extremities. Patients were excluded in case of death , which occurred non case.Patients in the quarterly meetings and arterio-venous flow using Doppler ultrasonography and review the adequacy of the graft was evaluated in terms of openness. After one year , the results are compared in the two groups and the non- heparinized with heparin was investigated grafts
