Compare the results of eradication of Helicobacter pylori in two different doses of furazolidone quadruple therapy in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer
Objective: To evaluate the treatment of Helicobacter pylori eradication in peptic ulcer disease Two different treatment regimen with high dose furazolidone will be used to determine the effectiveness of any of these regimes and treatment regimen should be recommended.
Methods:In this clinical trial, 170 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to the hospital martyr Sayyad Shirazi, an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy study with H. pylori infection were selected. None of the subjects in the study population history of smoking, alcohol and had previous treatment of Helicobacter pylori. In this study, 85 samples divided into two groups and treated with different doses of furazolidone were two drug regimen 4. Six weeks after completion of treatment of all samples analyzed in order to prove Helicobacter Pylori Eradication carbon-labeled urea breath test was performed. The patients in terms of response to treatment will be evaluated and the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: peptic ulcer with endoscopic diagnosis, proof of Helicobacter pylori infection by testing RUT; consenting to the partnership
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, the risk of cancer, liver failure and kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, history of taking NSAIDs; PPI; bismuth; anti- antibiotics during the past 4 weeks, history of smoking and alcohol; history of drug allergy.
