Investigation effect of the planned nursing cares on the elimination of urinary retention in patients after cardiacangiography ; a randomized clinical trial
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare effect of planned nursing cares with routine nursing cares on elimination of urinary retention of patients after cardiac angiography.
Design: Randomized Clinical Trial.
Methods: The patient undergoing cardiac catheterization during the study refer to the Tohid Hospital in case of eligibility will be enrolled in the study.
Inclusion criteria: All samples are male, do not have a history of urinary retention in the past, For all samples angiography via the femoral artery (thigh) will be done and via same doctor.
Exclusion criteria:Patients who have a history of urinary problems, will be deleted.
Sample size is 100.
Intervention group: In Intervention group (n = 50) Planned nursing interventions such as: putting the patient in a natural position (encourage patient to semi-sitting positions in bed), open the tap room and hear the voice of it by the patient, put the patient’ hands in hot water, putting hot water bottle on patients’ bladder and massage bladder gently pressing down with hands (the crede Manor) will be done.
control group:In the control group (n = 50) Just routine cares including: education of correct urination and putting basin and urinary tube at bedside will be done.
