Aim: To Determine the effect of two methods feedback lecture and conventional lecture on Knowledge , Attitude and Practice of ICU nurses in eye care Study design: randomly is assigned to 3 groups (2 groups of intervention and control), with measurements before and 10 days and two months later,Multi-center Inclusion criteria:(at least have Associate's degree in Nursing ; at least 6 months of experience in the icu ; They have the willingness to participate in research ; Their training courses or seminars related to eye care in mechanically ventilated patients are not passed). exclusion criteria:(withdraw from participation in the study ; participate in other continuing education programs at the same time). sample size: N 219 Interventions: two educational methods compared to traditional feedback and fall time: about 3 months outcomes: increasing knowledge and changing attitudes and improving the performance of nurses
