This is a quasi-experimental study. Goal of the study was the comparison of the education effect about vaccination principle by peer education and common method in community health clinical education. Participants (n=79) are selected by simple sampling method and assigned into two groups: case and control groups (36 persons in control group and 41 persons in intervention group). After obtaining informed consent, researchers made questionnaire based on references were completed by participants before the intervention. Inclusion criteria included enrollment in the second year of university and agreement to participation in the study; while exclusion criteria included who had history of participation in educational classes about vaccination; missed more than one session of classes and unwillingness to participate in the study. In the intervention group peer educator was selected based on their score in pretest and recommendation of their instructors. Then peer educators trained by their instructors and educated other students in two-one hour sessions. The participant of the control group received no intervention. The questionnaires completed by the participants of both groups immediately after the intervention.
