Lack of time management may have adverse effect on quality of nursing care. The aim of this clinical trial to investigate the effect of time management education on time management behavior in emergency and intensive care unit nurses. By stratified random sampling method select 200 nurses working in emergency and adult critical care units. They were divided into two experimental and control groups. All of them complete time management behaviors questionnaire. Experimental group have a 4-hour workshop about all aspects of time management behaviors. Data collection tool is two part questionnaire, the first part consisted of demographic characteristics: gender, age, marital status and job characteristics, including: education level, work experience, participation in any education class about time management and the second part is where time management behaviors Maccane questionnaire.
