The object of this study is survey of immediate effect of ankle taping on foot loading on stand to sit position in chronic stroke patients. Thirty chronic stroke patients who able to do sit to stand, and vice versa will participate in this study. All of them should be more than six-month post stroke. The study is single group design. A convenience sample of stroke survivors, available in university clinic will participate in this study. Subjects will sit from standing positions in different foot positions with and without ankle taping randomly. The ground reaction force in all direction will be measured with force plate. Also the path of movement would be recorded with motion analysis system.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients should be able to do sit to stand and vice versa; 2) All of patients should be more than 6 month post_stroke; 3) Spasticity <3. Exclusion criteria: 1) Any severe cognitive deficiency, and comprehensive aphasia; 2) Any condition ( fractures or other diseases except stroke) can affect patients balance; 3) Sensitivity to taping.
