The purpose of this study is to compare of therapeutic effects of topical 1% clotrimazole with topical sertaconazole in the treatment of erytrasma. Inclusion criteria are patients with documented erythrasma with no topical treatment in recent 30 days and with no sensitivity to each of those drugs. Patients with any systemic disorder which may cause by all such as diabetes or patients with drug reactions will be excluded.
We will prescribe topical 1% clotrimazole twice daily for one group and topical serbaconazole twice daily for another group. Treatment will last for 15 days and response will be documented in a questionnaire.
Each group includes 20 patients.

Inclusion criteria:
1- Documented erythrasma cases with no topical therapy in recent 30 days.
2- Documented erythrasma cases with no sensitivity to clotrimuzole or sertaconazol.
Exclusion crireria:
1- Patients with treated erythrasma in recent 30 days.
2- Patients with sensitivity to clotrimazole or setaconazol.
3- Any patient with systemic disorder
4- Any patients with history of drug reaction.
