This research is a quasi-experimental study That program is designed to empower nurses to evaluate the effect on the quality of pediatric health assessment Skills for 8 months in 2016 on 107 (53 nurse in intervention group and 54 nurse in control group) nurses will be conducted at 4 medical centers. Inclusion criteria: Have at least a bachelor's degree, continuity with regard to the duration of the study, the Persian language; nurses to participate in the research, passing retrained health assessment and elapse time of employment of nurses in the pediatric ward were at least three months. Exclusion criteria: The absence of nurses empowerment meetings. The main intervention will be effects of the designed empowerment program of the nurses on the quality of pediatric health assessment skills. In the "control" pediatric assessment in Imam Ali hospital and Shoahdaei Mahmood Abad hospitals will be selected. In the category of "Intervention" after empowering nurses sampling will be done in Imam Reza hospital and Babol Pediatric hospital. The skill of nurses in the pediatric health assessments in the two groups will be compared before and after the intervention in both groups.

Description
Intervention group: empowerment of nurses in implements of health assessment by designed text, pamphlet, booklet and clinical intervention. Implemented in clinical training for nurses was held 12 sessions of 30 minutes. The main topics include the history and physical examination.
