The aim of this study was to examine the efficacy of computer assisted cognitive rehabilitation (CACR) treatment as a complementary treatment of opiate craving on patient with substance use disorder. Thirty opiate users above 18, which received outpatient methadone therapy, participate in this study. They randomly assigned in two equal groups: CACR treatment for experimental group and no intervention for control group. The experimental group received 15 sessions of CACR treatment via Caption’s log software and the control group received no intervention. Participants in both groups was assessed for working memory, craving, impulsivity, delay discounting and risky decision making at base line and one week after treatment completion.

Exclusion criteria: history of traumatic brain injury; other psychological disorder in active faze or addiction disorder induced from other psychological or physical disorder.
