This study aimed to evaluate the effect of education on Knowledge and Attitude of Caregivers in the prevention of Car Accidents in Shahid Rajaee Hospital.This study was conducted on 576 randomized patients and they were divided randomly into two groups(intervention and control), Inclusion criteria: : persons participating in the study have the willing to participate in research؛ participants are accident patients caregivers؛ persons have the lowest literacy through fifth grade؛ have signed a written informed consent. exclusion criteria: unwillingness to participate in the study; lack of coordination of research; failure to participate in education programs. intervention training group,Receive training program with using posters, banners, pamphlets, telegram canal and video traffic training.The control group did not receive any intervention.At the end of the intervention to ethics the control group received an educational pamphlet . Before and one week after the training, knowledge and attitudes of accident patients caregivers randomized using a standard 10-question questionnaire measured
