Objective: To determine the effect of pre-pregnancy care based on health belief model(HBM) on knowledge and attitude of women health volunteers will perform. Design Randomized controlled trial of pre- and post-test. Setting and conduct: A sample of this study included two groups of 55 women in the intervention and control groups are women. Will be multi-stage random sampling method. Major Inclusion and Exclusion criteria:willingness to participate in the study, aged 15 to 49 years; Iranian and a resident of Mashhad; A contact telephone number; To plan a pregnancy they have stopped or going to stopped a pregnancy contraceptive method. "Intervention in the intervention group": Health volunteers during the fourth session of the 120-minute instructional content based on the HBM designed will be trained.Then each volunteers will teach eligible women who will be selected by lot by the method and content are trained during three 90-minute sessions."Intervention in the Control group": Health volunteers according to routine schedule will be trained by the teacher of volunteers. Each interface control group also covered five eligible women for the lottery are selected will train. training will be elected. knowledge, attitude and HBM for women in both groups were measured and compared before and 4 weeks after training will be compared. The primary outcome variable of the study: knowledge and attitude towards the care of women towards before pregnancy.

In the intervention group volunteers in health care centers selected by the investigator during the four sessionsof 120 minutes,according to the educational content based on HBM is designed trained. Each interface will teach 5 eligible women who will be selected by lot throughout the metod and content are trained during three 90-minutes sessions. Knowledge ,attitudes and HBM for women in both group measured before and 4 weeks after training will be compared. In control group ,Health volunteers according to routin schedul will be trained by the teagher of volunteers the teacher of volunteers will be asked to held educational sessions for volunteers similar to other health issues that by using existing resources at the center,volunteer,pre pregnancy care implemented.
