The goal of this study is the evaluation of trans-cranial direct stimulation on carving in computer gaming among addicted boys at the age of 14-20 years. Inclusion criteria: having game addiction disorder based on DSMV criteria; not having any other psychiatric disorders. Subjects will be assigned into two intervention and control groups (N=15 in each group) using random number table. Members of intervention group will receive trans-cranial direct stimulation through ten 20-minute sessions. Sessions will be run 5 days a week (from Saturday to Wednesday) for two weeks. For control group, the tDCS device will be turned up to 2 mA for 30 s, then slowly ramped-down to 0 mA through one minute and then it will be turned off for the rest of the time.
The visual analogue scale will be used to examine changes in craving of subjects before and after the intervention. Primary outcome measure in this study is craving.
