aim: pain reduction is the main porpuse after different surgeries specially implant surgery. the aim of this study is evaluation of pain reduction after low level diod laser therapy after implant surgery.
design: clinical trial , double blind, split mouth, control with laser-like device
method and material: inclusive factor is all patients who referring to the to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Implant Researches Center, Islamic Azad University, dental branch, Tehran, Iran, and require at least 2 implant in the same jaw bilaterally . Exclusion criteria involved patients with systemic problems that can affect on implant surgery. after selection 22 patients, they will be divided to 2 groups as control and target. in the target group after implant surgery a single dose of 6-5 j/Implant diode laser with 980 nm wavelength will be applied. In the control group just will be done laser- like application. then pain relief after anesthesia clearing at 24h,48h, 72h and up to complete pain relief will be evaluated.
