This study aimed to compare the efficacy of Clinical chlorhexidine and Asafoetida in controlling dental plaque so that 126 patients admitted to the School of Dental of Yazd Univercity of Medical Sciences, random study with Considering Inclusion criteria: age 18 - 35 years. exclusion criteria: systemic disease, antibiotic treatment for at least a month before and during the study, there are sever dental malocclusion and crowding, pregnant women. Index (plaque index and the index of gingivitis) is recorded after scaling the above statistical followed by Brosage. patients divided into two groups of 63 members and then a mouthwash is administrated with a double-blind selected for a week. Patients will be asked for a week use no other way for hygiene and only use mouthwash twice a day. Over the weekend record indexes and will compare indexes of two groups .
