The aim of the study:The impact of motivational interviewing on motivation, attitude and practice of fertility in women with one child is investigated.
Inclusion criteria: 18-35 years Married women; Iranian citizenship and lives in Sari; Having a child is 1 year and 11 months and 29 days and older; Women with medical records in health centers; no High risk for second Pregnancy; Her husband is physically and mentally healthy; Couples do not have high risk behavior and drug use; Have a stable family; no infertility history
exclusion criteria: Not wanting to participate in the study; Positive pregnancy test before intervention; participating in at least one of the counseling sessions
Study design: random study
Study population: women 35-18 years old with one child eligible pregnancy covered by urban centers in Sari, time: February and March 2017
Consequences: Increase Planned pregnancy

group study : After fill out the questionnaire, five motivational interviewing sessions will be held in groups of 10 to 12 people. Then fill out the questionnaire Five weeks after starting intervention, two weeks and two months after the finishing intervention.
