The magenta flower has anti-inflammatory effects, corrects the essential omega-6 fatty acid deficiency, improves the synthesis of vascular dilatation ixosanoids, corrects nervous blood flow, etc., which can be helpful in the treatment of pain associated with inflammation. This study aims to effect The Maghreb flower capsule is used to reduce inflammation and pain after appendectomy.
This is a double-blind clinical trial that is performed on 80 patients with symptom of pain in the surgical site after appendectomy surgery in the hospital of Salah Beheshti Hospital. Patients randomly (phase ½) are divided into two groups of 40. The intervention group received a full capsule of glucose capsule and the control group received a placebo capsule every 30 minutes to 3 times, and then the symptoms were evaluated using the visual scale of the pain and the McGill Pain Questionnaire.
Having personal satisfaction without physical and mental illness is one of the important conditions for entering and leaving the study.

Entry criteria: Personal Satisfaction; Age under 75 and over 25 years old; Weight 40 to 120 kg.
Exclusion criteria: history of surgery in the last three years; Physical and mental illness; Waltz's Drug Use; Receiving more than 2 micrograms per kilogram body weight of fentanyl or antimycotics as a precursor.
