The aim of this study was survey the effect of triage education based on stabilization model on waiting time and nurses' satisfaction in emergency ward. In this study, population was all nurses in the emergency department that responsible for triage. So 35 nurses were studied. This study was RCT before and after study. Waiting time measured with chronometer in two set and with valid and reliable tool job satisfaction was measured.
Triage education was performed as lecture with using equipment and teaching aids, such as slides and pamphlet. Also face to face training with the Presence of the researcher was conducted for one week. Then waiting time and satisfaction of nurses were measured after intervention.
