1. Objectives: To determine the effects of overcrowding on patient safety in the emergency department-based positioning model
2. Design: Randomized, not blind, single-center, phase II trial
3 Setting and conduct: Study population: patients presenting to the emergency department before intervention (control group) and after the intervention (intervention group), will form the study population. A sample of 35 Controls subjects and 35 patients in the experimental group
4-Participants including major eligibility criteria
Inclusion criteria:
a. Participants have consent to participate in the study
b. aware of the place, time and people.
Exclusion criteria:
The patient is in need of CPR.
5-Intervention: a reduction in the number of caregivers that they do not need to attend (patients who are in good, not bed rest, loss of consciousness, they are prone to falling out of bed, not elderly) (b) of the inputs and outputs of the emergency department to better control the entry and exit records by a nurse every two hours Czech c d a temporary place to stay patients discharged to their beds at the time of customs clearance process is usable for other clients. (E) follow-discharge (hospital discharge records computer system immediately after discharge and faster patient discharge process before noon) c-train safety for nurses
Intervention time: one month
6-main outcome measures: The primary outcome is increasing of patients safety.

Description
1. Reduce the number of patients who needed their presence in the entourage is (are patients with good general condition, not bed rest, loss of consciousness, they are prone to falling out of bed, not elderly), after coordination with the head section emergency police Brigade emergency department, it was noted that only patients who carry the rest of the entourage of the emergency exit. 2. One of the inputs and outputs of the emergency department for better control of entry and exit, after coordination with Police Brigade emergency department, emergency department, all entrances except the main entrance was blocked. 3. The Czech case by a nurse every two hours, it was fully explained in the training of nurses 4. temporary place to stay patients discharged to their beds during the registration process is usable for other clients. 5. Follow the discharge of patients (patient discharge records in the computer system immediately after discharge and faster patient discharge process before noon) 6-training nurses to patient safety, patient safety had been brought to safety in the questionnaire Nursing staff were trained by researchers and educational pamphlets were distributed between them.
