The aim of this study is to develop a triage scale for patients with heart failure who come to the emergency department with dyspnea. Patients with heart failure who suffer from dyspnea referred to the emergency department are randomly assigned to intervention and comparison groups. In the intervention group, the heart failure triage scale will be used, and in the comparison group, the emergency severity scale will be performed on patients, and the triage level will be obtained for each patient. The emergency severity index is the common method of triaging patients in the department. Inclusion Criteria: patient with Dyspnea, History of Ischemic heart disease or Hypertension, 18 years or older.
Exclusion Criteria: Not being diagnosed heart failure, Transfer to other facility less than 6 hours. The outcomes include comparing the triage categories between the hospitalized patients (heart, CCU, and discharged) between the two intervention and comparison groups, and the time to physician`s visit (emergency and specialist) and the provision of care services (tests, graphs, medications, nursing measures ) Will also be compared between the two groups.
