This is an Interventional Study with Pretest- Posttest Design that is Done to Assess the Effectiveness of an Educational Program on the Prevention of Abuse among Parents of Preschool and Elementary School Students in Arak in 1396. After Obtaining a License from the Arak University's Ethics Committee and the Work Permit and the Letter of Introduction from the Education Authority of Regions 1 and 2, In a Cluster and Easy Sampling, 150 Parents are Included in the Study After Signing the Consent.
In this Research, Parents' Demographic Profile Form and Two Questionnaires of CSA (Child Sexual Abuse) and CTSPC (Conflict Tactics Scale- Parent Child) will be Completed by Parents within 30 to 40 Minutes. Afterwards, there will be Two One and a Half Hour Sessions Delivered by the Researchers about Child Abuse with Educational Videos. At the End of the Second Session, which Takes Place within One Week after the First Session, Each Parent is Requested to Complete the Questionnaire which be Sent Next Month and Finally the Instruction Book will be Donated to the Parents at the End of the Second Session. After a Month, the Questionnaires will be Given to Students in Encoded Envelopes to Deliver to the Researcher After Completion by Parents to Assess the Effect of the Educational Program.
