Summary
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of end-of-life care education on the nurse's moral distress in neonatal care units.Design: This is a quasi experimental study with two groups of control and test.Entry criteria: having at least one year of experience in nicu, having a bachelor's degree and above and Exit criteria: Non-attendance at one or both sessions of the workshop, special stress on participants during the study.A total of 74 NICU nurses will participate in the two Shaheed Akbar Abadi Therapeutic Centers and the Hazrat Aliasghar Hospital And in each center we will have both a control group and a test group that will be randomly selected.The researcher will initially begin work with the control group at both centers. After completing the work of the control group, the test group will enter the study.How to do: MDS-R questionnaire which will be completed in three stages of pre-test, two weeks after pre-test and one month after the pre-test by the control group.The test group will also complete the questionnaire as a pre-test, immediately after the intervention and after the intervention (one month after the pre-test).Interventions: A test group at the End-of-Life Career Workshop will participate in each center at a separate weekly interval of three hours in each center.The main implications of the main implication is that this methodology will be effective on the nurse's moral distress or will not?
