The effect of Family-centered empowerment model on Quality of life , Self-care and Laboratory parameters in Hemodialysis patients at Emam Ali hospital in 2016
The present semi-experimental study was conducted to investigate The effect of Family-centered empowerment Model on Quality of life, Self-care behaviors and laboratory indicators of Hemodialysis patients of Emam Ali Hospital in 2017. Inclusion criteria include Not having mental disabilities and Having verbal and Verbal listening ability; At least six months of Patient dialysis; Dialysis twice or three times a week; Other chronic diseases other than those with underlying illness; More recently or simultaneously with The implementation of The formal education plan for Self-care was not seen, and The exclusion criteria were: The occurrence or progression of The disease during the intervention; The absence of The patient and Family in more than one session. The research population included all Patients undergoing Dialysis in Hemodialysis unit at Imam Ali Hospital, Zahedan. 100 Patients entered the study by available method Were. To conduct the intervention group (Their patients and Their main caretakers) in groups of 10 to 8, based on the steps of The family-centered empowerment model, The classes were held by The researcher during 4 sessions during The first month. For The control group no evaluation was done. The questionnaires were completed in three stages before intervention, One month after the intervention and two months after the intervention, By both Intervention and Control groups.

In the intervention group, Based on the steps of the Family-centered empowerment model, 30-45 minutes training sessions were conducted by the researcher in 4 sessions for 1 month. To assess The quality of life and self-care questionnaires during the three stages before intervention, One month after the intervention and Two months after the intervention was completed
