Design
In this study, 120 Torbat Heydariya cultures are selected by applying entry and exit criteria. Then, they are randomly assigned to 3 groups of 40 peer educators, trained by health personnel and control group and assigned to each participant.
Settings and conduct
Study is done in Torbat Heydarieh city. For each intervention group, three sessions of 2 hours of organ donation and transplantation will be held. Before and after the intervention, the questionnaires will be completed.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Entry requirements: Cultural satisfaction, lack of a donation card
Exit terms: Dissatisfaction, participation in another educational program
Intervention groups
Peer led education group, education group by health care provider and control group

Inclusion criteria:
Teachers enter the intervention, which in the questionnaire score less than the average score
Until now, they have not been donating or subscribing to a donation card.
When doing research, be teaching in schools.
Not suffering from debilitating and chronic diseases.
They have not been involved in brain deaths and student donor training.
the health trainer did not have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other medical sciences.
Peer group criteria include:Teachers enter into interventions that are pleased to provide training to their peers.
Before participating in the study, you will receive training on the organ donation and transplantation process.
One of the educators has a donation card.
One of the trainers is the secretary of biology.
One of the educators is the secretary of education.
Exclusion criteria:
dissatisfaction with the continuation of research at any time of the study.
attendance in another curriculum related to brain death and organ donation during the study.

At first, the sample of Torbat-e-Heidari teachers is selected by class sampling, so that each of the educational bases, including elementary and secondary, and male and female gender, are considered as a class. With the quota in each floor and according to the list of employed cadres, randomly selected (lottery) sample size is selected.

Description
In the first intervention group: an educational class for the cultures by 3 health-care personnel (2 nurses, 1 physician), 3 sessions of 2 hours in three consecutive days to change the knowledge, attitude and practice of the cultures toward the donation Member will be held.

Second intervention group: Peer led education will don by three teschers (one biology secretary, one education secretary and one teacher with a donation card) who had already prepared for the content of the training sessions. Three consecutive two-hour training sessions will be held for teachers for three consecutive days to change their knowledge, attitude and performance toward the donation.
