Study aim
Determining the Effect of Using the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Operations Algorithm on the Stress and Satisfaction of Emergency Staff of Shiraz Emergency Response Center in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Design
A clinical trial with a test and control group is simple randomized.
Settings and conduct
The 20 bases with the highest number of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are selected, which are divided into 10 bases as test groups and 10 other bases as a control group randomly. Illustrated algorithm prepared in sheets of appropriate size for the test group in the rear cabin of the ambulance (A3), inside the base (one on one and a half banner), on the bag of pharmaceutical equipment (A4), an ambulance front cabin (A5) And on the echo machine (A5), as well as for the control group, an unwritten and written normal algorithm is said to be the same size, and the algorithm sheets are provided at the same places.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Criteria for entering the study: 1) The age of the patients on whom the recovery is performed is at least 18 years. 2) Emergency technicians who perform the resuscitation operation have at least 2 years of work experience in the emergency department. Exit criteria: 1) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation operations carried out by a technician behind the ambulance.
Intervention groups
Using the illustrated algorithm of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the intervention group and writing algorithm in the control group.
Main outcome variables
Pulmonary cardiopulmonary resuscitation algorithm consists of stages of revitalization that is provided in an illustrated manner. Staff stress is the amount of stress that the staff during the recovery process is assessed using the perceived stress questionnaire completed by the staff after the recovery operation. Surveying the satisfaction level after resuscitation by using satisfaction questionnaire.

Description
Staff stress is the amount of stress that the staff during the recovery process is assessed using the perceived stress questionnaire completed by the staff after the recovery operation. Surveying the satisfaction level after resuscitation by using satisfaction questionnaire
Timepoint
