Studing of the Effect of the Leisure Time of Selected games on Eye-Hand Coordination, Self-esteem and Happiness of Low vision Female Students Aged 10-12 Years old
The purpose of this study was to Investigate the effect of leisure time-based games on eye and hand coordination, Self-esteem and happiness of 10-12 year old girls.
Design
In this research, 24 low-vision students with entry requirements studying in exceptional schools are selected. Participants are randomly divided into intervention and control groups and each participant is assigned a code.
Settings and conduct
This study is on the students of Mashhad's exceptional schools.This research is done in center of Taghva. In this study, two groups are experimental and control. This is a double-blind study, and the subjects and researchers do not know who is in what group (testing, control).
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Entry Condition: Age of 10-12 years old, gile students of low vision
No Entry Condition: Have of other disabilities with low vision
Intervention groups
12 girl students with low-vision in experiment group,12 girl students with low-vision in control group. This intervention is done in the experimental group for eight weeks and three sessions per week for an appointment under the supervision of an experienced coach in the morning. Each practice session includes three stages of warming up, performing selected games including darts, bowling and throwing the ring, and the return stage. There is no intervention in the control group during this period.

Intervention group: Dart, in each training session, for ten minutes each person is placed at a distance of 48 inches from the Darts game and has 20 dances to hit the dart board. bowling, in each training session, for ten minutes each person is placed at a distance of 48 inches from the bowling game and has 20 dances to throw the ball towards the goal.throwing the ring, in each training session, for ten minutes each person is placed at a distance of 48 inches from the throwing the ring game and has 20 dances to throw the ring towards the goal.
