The purpose of this study is assessment of the effect of nursing education on knowledge, attitudes and beliefs related to response to acute myocardial infarction in people with coronary heart disease. Inclusion criteria: age<60 years old; ability to reading and writing; affected to cardiovascular disease and living in Tehran. Individuals were excluded if they have any of the following: major and uncorrected visual and hearing loss; an illness or cognitive disorder. In this study research population is inpatient with acute coronary syndrom in Tehran Shahid Rajaee Heart Center. Sample size of this study is 170 patients. In this study we use nursing education for patients in case group and after 3 months of education, patients knowledge, attitudes and beliefs will be measured in both case and control groups.
