Determination of the effect of ECG Telemetry on timing indicators and miss-triage among patients with Chest pain
Design
Two arm parallel group randomized trial postoperative care and outcome assessment
Settings and conduct
Currently the 247 protocol is being developed to identify patients with acute myocardial infarction at Imam Reza's Hospital in Mashhad.Which is causing somewhat of an emergency.A researcher in the test group has received the ECG and sent for an emergency specialist and heart specialist by tele cardiogram. To evaluate its impact on time indices and triage error.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria for include patients with chest pain complaints and age above 18 years. Exclusion criteria include the resumption or death of the patient during the transfer, the patient's refusal or the patient's desire for the intervention to refer to another hospital outside the scope of the study criteria
Intervention groups
In the intervention group, in addition to the 247 protocol, which is used to identify patients with heart attacks, the ECG is also available. And in the control group only protocol 247 runs
