Design
Radomized clinical trial will be done on 100 nurses.
Settings and conduct
This study will be carried out on nurses working in Besat and Beheshti hospitals of Hamadan and blindness will not be done.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Have a clinical experience more than six months
Intervention groups
Intervention: Training in this group includes targeted activities to transfer information and knowledge about the principles of radiation protection, which will be carried out using the social network (telegram channel).
Control: Control: No action will be taken.

Description
Intervention group:In the intervention group (training based on the telegram channel), the training will take place in the form of text, PowerPoint and educational video. The training will take place in 3 sessions for a week, which will be on the telegram channel every two days. At the first meeting on beam physics, the second meeting will focus on the dangers of radiation, and in the third session, radiation protection and protection will be taught. To answer the questions of the channel members, the link to the channel manager is placed on the channel and the attendance of the members is made for the participation in the training sessions through the telegram robot. People who do not participate in more than one training session are excluded.First, one week after intervention and one month after intervention, the knowledge and practice of nurses in both groups were compared with the same questionnaire and previous checklist that were used in the pre-test, by the researcher and attending the relevant sections.
