Determine the Effect of Preceptor Program Implementation on the Clinical Competency and Satisfaction of the students in the operating room

Design

The population is all undergraduate students in the operating room of Bojnourd University of Medical Sciences.The students will be randomly divided into two groups of exam (prescriptive) and control (routine), according to Lists of last year students of internship, randomly, the pair numbers of this list are in the control group and the odd numbers in the test group.

Settings and conduct
-
both groups completed the Clinical Competency and Satisfaction Questionnaire. Then, in the test group, a preceptor program is run for two months. The questionnaires are again compared to the two groups in two groups and the two groups are compared.

Criteria for entering 1. Inclination to participate in the study -2 undergraduate student in the operating room -3 Students of Bojnourd University of Medical Sciences Exit criteria 1. Dissatisfaction with collaboration with research for any reason 2. Pass any training course related to study objectives 3. Guest or transfer student

Intervention group: In this study, practitioners of the operating room are acting as perceptors control group Students will be trained on a regular basis with a faculty trainer

Main outcome variables

effective monitoring of the preceptor and his supporting role and feedback during the learning process - learning leads to improved student satisfaction and Educators and enhances students' ability to perform in clinical practice.

Intervention group: With the help of the educational supervisor, the head nurse and the instructor are selected from the operating room personnel of clinical experts. These individuals, as experienced clinical nurses, are role models, the duty of supporting and teaching the operating room students in the form of a relationship One by one over a two-month period.
