Field Trial with Control Group, Parallel Groups, First Stage Available, Random Allocation Method Based on Evans Check Score and Graduate Schedule
Settings and conduct
This study will be conducted at Golestan University of Medical Sciences. Blinding will not be done in this research.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria:
Bachelor of Science student in training in Midwifery at Golestan University of medical sciences, being at 6th or 8th semester.
Exclusion criteria:
being in training (not going to be graduated) until the end of the study.
Intervention groups
Intervention group
Communication skills based on the Calgary-Cambridge model are taught to the test group.
control group
They do not receive any intervention.

Description
Intervention group: training based on Calgary-Cambridge model. First, communication skills based on the Calgary-Cambridge model(16 hours, 4 sessions, 4 hours, twice a week, in the first session of basic education in communication skills based on model and expression Importance of this, relationship between doctor and patient, communication models, second session effective communication training, interviewing, information gathering and structuring, third session of empathy education, establishing relationship, explaining to the patient and ending the interview and fourth session of the working group , Seeing educational videos, and discussing and discussing all the components of the model) with the help of the lecture Role play, group discussions, brainstorming, film screenings and more are education by the researcher. Then, the difference in the skill of conducting interviews is measured by the checklist in the pre test and post test stages and compared with each other.
