Determining and comparing the self-awareness of the head of the family mothers and self-efficacy of their boys before and after intervention in the experimental and control groups
Design
Controlled clinical trial, with parallel groups, non-random
Settings and conduct
After obtaining the consent of the research samples, the questionnaire is given to them and will be collected after completion. The study program and the address of the educational site, which is one of the schools under study in Shahre-Rey (south of Tehran), will be informed to the test group. Then, the self-awareness skill will be taught to mothers of the test group in Ghalanbor martyr primary school by the researcher.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 10-12 year old male students of govermental elementary schools in district 2 of Rey county.
Exclusion criteria: male students from non-profit and non-governmental schools.
Intervention groups
In four 45-minute session, self-awareness definition, self-actualization and ideal, the necessities of education and learning self-awareness, benefits of self-awareness, factors affecting self-awareness development, self-awareness barriers and self-awareness components will be taught to the test group and the control group does not receive any training.

Description
The intervention group program will consist of four 45-minutes sessions, in group and twice a week. Educational content is developed using books and research articles and validated by several faculty members of nursing school and then taught.The titles of each session will be as follows: Session 1: Introduction, description of the rules of participation in the training sessions and goals, the definition and familiarity with the self-awareness skill, types of concept.Session 2: Expression of the necessities of education and learning self-awareness, benefits of self-awareness, factors affecting self-awareness development, Self-awareness barriers. Session 3: The components of self-awareness include: recognizing attributes, recognizing your abilities and skills, recognizing weakness points, knowing thoughts, recognizing your beliefs and values, recognizing goals.Session4: Self-awareness components include emotion recognition, identity and identity Finding, self-esteem.
