Evaluate the effectiveness of new methods of training workshops organized for Enghelab health center expert with Kirkpatrick’s Model-
Design
All 48 experts who work in Shiraz Enghlab health center, participate in a 10-hour training workshop in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Shiraz. Before and after the workshop and two months later, using the Kirkpatrick model, the levels of learning and performance of the learners are measured.

Intervention groups
The intervention in this study is training. New educational methods are taught to the trainees by the faculty of medical education in theory and practice.

Description
Intervention group: The participants will participate in a 10-hour workshop on modern training methods that will take place for two days. The workshop will include topics such as small group training, role playing techniques, thought-provoking, question and answer, interactive lectures and The free discussion will be taught to the participants in both drama and practice.
