Investigation of the Effects of Education about Neonatal Cares Based on Resources for Midwifery Education on Knowledge, Attitude and Performance of Midwifery Teachers
Determining the Impact of Neonatal care Education on the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Midwifery Teachers on the basis of midwifery textbooks.
Design
The present study is a pre-post interventional study.
Settings and conduct
The training system will be used by the virtual education system. The method of participation in the training course will be designed step by step with the necessary explanations. Research units can access the system 24 hours a day in arbitrary and asynchronous hours and enter the system using their own username and password and respond to the questionnaire questions, then they will be provided with the content of the developed access education They will find.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
1. In the midwifery department of nursing and midwifery faculties of the country
2. Has at least a Master's Degree in Midwifery
3. Official or contractual employment
4.Having a history of teaching a neonatal lesson,Theoretically or clinically or willing to teach this lesson
Intervention groups
The educational content includes the content provided for the care of the neonate according to the midwifery curriculum and based on the ICM-recommended curriculum guidelines. In addition to using text and a table, educational materials will be used of photographs, animations, audio podcasts and video. Educational content is provided to the research units on a weekly basis through the virtual education system within 8 weeks. 24 hours after the completion of the training, the curriculum content will be left out for the research units and then Questionnaires are provided to complete them.

Description
First, how to connect to the system and how to receive and study the content of the training, as well as how to evaluate the members in groups and, if necessary, individually, through the program of telegram or email, will be explained to the research units. The method of attending the course is designed step by step with the necessary explanations. Then, to each study unit, a dedicated username and password will be given to access the program. Research units can refer to this system 24 hours a day, at any time of the week, and enter the system using their own username and password. In the beginning, the research units respond to the questionnaire questions and then access the trained content. The educational content includes the provision of materials for the care of the baby according to the master's curriculum and based on the special educational resources for midwifery recommended by the ICM and in the form of an educational unit. In addition to text and table use, educational content will be used for photographs, animations, podcasts, audio and video. The content validity of the content will be verified by the 10 faculty members of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Tehran and the Ministry of Neonatal Department, and then will be provided to the research unit within 8 weeks.
