Determine the effect of CTA model on effectiveness of clinical nursing learning
Design
60 nursing students of oncology course that they are training, will divide into two control and case groups by systematic sampling and then the intervention(case) group will reached by CTA model and control group will teached by traditional model too.
Settings and conduct
this study will be done at oncology ward of shahid Ghazi hospital in Tabriz. Educational colleges will informed about learning goals, teaching methods, clinical assessment and education before intervention. Students will trained in two different timelines to avoid interference between the two methods. At first, controls will carried out in the oncology section using a routine training method, and then cases that will performed in the same department using the CTA model. Finally, a checklist will be used to assess students' clinical skills. The checklist contains 30 items in six areas, including communication with patients, medication, blood transfusions, pain relief, bleeding and infection control. The answer for each item will be 1 (for poorly done) to 3(for fully completed).
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
All nursing students that are taking an oncology course for training who are willing to participate in this research.
Intervention groups
A total of 30 nursing trainees are trained in oncology course by the CTA model.
Main outcome variables
Clinical skill in terms of diagnostic power and practice of traditional training group(control)
Clinical skill in terms of diagnostic power and clinical practice of the CTA group(case/ intervention)

After giving information to the individuals and obtaining written consent, they will be divided simple randomly into two groups of intervention and control groups. In this randomized sampling, we will try to match the control and intervention groups and to consider the attributes of the two groups such as age, gender, and education average.
