Protocol summary

Study aim
Main goal: Study of the effect of combined training protocol on postural control, motor function, fatigue and quality of life of individuals with multiple sclerosis.
Design
The present study is an applied and semi experimental research, including pretest and post test of two-blinded intervention and control group that studies the effect of combined training protocol on postural control, motor function, fatigue and quality of life of individuals with multiple sclerosis. Statistical population: Individuals with MS who had enrolled in Zanjan MS Association until 1396. Sample size: 60 subjects
Settings and conduct
This research will be conducted under the supervision of the professors of Tehran University and Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in collaboration with the MS Association of Zanjan Province.The main researcher and subjects have been blinded to the process described in previous section.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed by neurologist - Expanded disability severity scale between 1 to 4 diagnosed by neurologist -History of disease for more than one year - Signed consent form for voluntarily attendance Exclusion criteria: -History of other diseases and neurological disorders such as stroke -Relapse of the disease in last three months -History of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases - Abnormal BMI -Presence of musculoskeletal deformities in spine and lower extremities -Use of auxiliary equipment for walking and other daily activities.-Etc
Intervention groups
The intervention group will conduct a combined training protocol for 8 weeks and each week 3 sessions.The control group will not attend in any intervention during the research.
Main outcome variables
Main outcomes: management and control of MS disorders, improvement of postural control, motor function, fatigue and quality of life in MS patients

Randomization description
One of researcher assistants will be responsible for dividing randomly the subjects into two intervention and control groups and the other assistants and researcher will not be aware of this trend. After selecting the research subjects, this assistant will write the subjects name in similar form and size cards. Then, by specifying the position of a coin, a coin performs random assignments to each of the groups. It should be noted that after selecting any subject in the intervention or control group, his name is recorded on the sheet and the card of the subject is returned to the pot to draw the same chance and chance of the subjects.

Blinding description
In this research, some assistants will help the main researcher. After selecting subjects, one of the assistants will divide subjects randomly into two groups of intervention and control. This assistant does not have any duty in the pretest, posttest and intervention procedure. None of the subjects know that he/she belongs to which group and the researcher will say that all of them attend in the intervention protocol but the date of intervention start is different.
